Abstract:
We try to identify the key factors, which help the digital switchover in different countries in
Europe. The frequency spectrum is determined by RRC’06, but WRC’07 gives the
opportunity to launch new mobile services in upper part of UHF band. (Digital dividend). It is
the new challenge for the most countries in Europe during the digital switchover.
